Rendering of the article: 'Man behind anti-Islam film arrested'

Man behind anti-Islam film arrested

http://news.yahoo.com/apnewsbreak-man-behind-anti-islam-film-arrested-223808521.html

The article reports at length that the director of the anti-Islam video has been arrested.
Nakoula Basseley Nakoula who is 55 was not to use computers or the Internet for five years. It’s necessary to note that the violence didn’t break out until September 11 and has spread since. It’s an open secret that the film was made last year by a man who called himself Sam Bacile. In this connection it’s worth mentioning the fact that, before going into hiding, Nakoula said that he was involved with the film, but only worked on logistics and management.
It’s necessary to point out that the Obama administration asked Google, YouTube’s parent, to take down the video but the company has refused. By the way, there are a lot of actors who were duped because they were said to hire for a film titled ‘Desert Warrior’.
In conclusion, the author Greg Risling, doesn’t give his personal attitude to the situation, but as for me, I disapprove of the arrest. For me this film is the opinion of the director.

The Analysis of the TV Program

  1. The name of the program is ‘Poedinok’ or (Single Combat)
  2. Rossia Odin or (Russia One) runs the program
  3. The host is Vladimir Solovyov
  4. The key point of the program is the rhetorical question: ‘Should we return death penalty?’ There are two participants Mihail Veller and Genri Reznik. The first is the famous writer and the last is the lower.

Seek Truth and Report It

The accuracy of information is tested. The moderator, preparing to the program, analyzes news concerning the headline of the program. Sources of information are identified. They are thoughts of the speakers. The headline of the program is absolutely adequately represented by the context. By the way, sound bites after each round is very suitable for this topic. There are no photos, video or graphics usually in any releases of this program. There is no any evidence of plagiarism in this program. It’s a very respectable program which can’t permit such a trick. There are some analysis and commentary in the program after each round. The honest goes to the room where the arbiter is sitting, hearing both discussants, and making comments on this or that position. They are labeled. It’s a person opinion.

Minimize Harm

Compassion isn’t shown for those, who may be affected adversely by news. The most important thing to the program is to name things what they are. The host is sensitive when he is seeking or using interviews of those affected by tragedy or grief. He is on their way. The right of private people to control information about themselves is recognized. Names aren’t mentioned. Only facts are on the surface, easy to see.

Act Independently

Conflicts of interests aren’t avoided. Both participants are standing on their own positions. So it doesn’t manage to do it. In this program people tell what they want to prove it by facts. Advertisers aren’t mentioned in this program at all.

Be Accountable

All what has been reported is absolutely clarified and explained by the skilful host. The dialogue with the public is invited. There are 3 supporters of each opponent who are asking questions their competitors. Also there is other non-verbal dialog between participants and viewers, sitting in the hall. I’ve never heard that someone has encouraged against this media.

From my point of view the program is ethical. It’s our choice should we see it or not. I think so, because journalists appeal to the facts makes the program ethical. By the way there is no any evidence of plagiarism.

Review of the article '5 Principles for Teaching Journalism Ethics in the Digital Age' written by Stephen Ward

The article touches upon the intrinsic issue how to teach the young generation of journalists to be skillful in their profession and basic journalist’s ethic principles in their work. The central idea of the article is that there are 5 principles of teaching journalism ethics.
The reporter emphasizes the idea that without them, it will be impossible to be a well-educated journalist. But the tough job is to give the knowledge to young specialists. That's why there are a lot of comments giving advice.
It's necessary to note that a teacher has to start from students' media world.
It's also obvious that a tutor is to assist students with reflective engagement.
Besides a teacher must point out that a future journalist should insist on critical thinking, but not on what is trend.
There are a lot of comments on being transitional. (It's the biggest paragraph in the article).
The last principle is in favor of being global in your teaching.
In conclusion the author, Stephen Ward, suggests one should arrange lessons in his own way if we want to make journalists to be ready for the future.
As for me, this article is written at a very good level and is quite interesting for reading, especially for me, as I have the topic 'Mass Media' in my oral speech practice. The author expresses an idea and proves it by facts.

The Rendering of the article 'Brouwer glad to be staying with Capitals'

The article reports at length that Washington Capitals' forward Troy Brouwer has decided to sign a three-year contract extension with the Washington Capitals on Wednesday. The central idea of the article is that the deal which takes effect beginning in the 2013-14 season, will pay him $3.6 million in 2013-14, $3.65 million the following season and $3.75 million 2015-16.
The reporter emphasizes the idea that Troy is glad to be staying with Capitals. Let me quote the player: "I thought we made a lot of good progress last year with our season, going into the second round, and we proved we can really compete." Giving appraisal of the situation it's necessary to point out that Capitals general manager George McPhee said in a statement: "We are pleased to sign Troy Brouwer to a contract extension." It is necessary to note that Brouwer and his wife are expecting a baby. "My wife and I are having a baby in a couple of weeks, so we wanted to get something done before the baby came so I could focus on that."
In conclusion the author, John Kreiser, expresses the idea of doing everything sensibly. In Troy's case it means to sign the contract before a baby is born.
In my opinion this article is written at a good level and is quite interesting for reading if you are fond of hockey. The author expresses an idea and proves it by facts and quotations.

The impression concerning the story The Unexpected

The story which I've read called 'The Unexpected' seems to me really interesting. Kate Chopin (1851-1904), the author of this story, put on show a very important problem which was actual for that time and has looked daily nowadays.
Dorothea, the one of the main heroes of the story, makes an unpredictable decision against Randall. Her behavior makes me feel out of heart. It seems strange for women living that time (The Victorian Age).
I like this story. It has a very absorbing development of the action. It would be better to read such books as this in classes on Home Reading.
This is my personal attitude to this story.
